The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education  (CBSE affiliation no:
1130062) upto Std.XII.It is a co-educational school from Nursery to Class XII.

Education is provided to students with an objective to empower them to make
decisions, to find creative solutions to problems and plan effective strategies. The
curriculum of study is structured in a manner that keeps the students in touch with
the ever changing world trends right from the junior years to the senior level.

Batch  I     :    8.30  a.m.  -  11.00 a.m.
Batch  II    :  11.30  a.m.  -   2.00 p.m.

Visiting Hours :

Coordinator          :  10.00 a.m.  to 11.00 a.m.    ( Wednesdays )

Note :  The school remains closed  for Pre-Primary on Saturdays.

  Other Details:

1) TIMINGS:  
Regular School Timings: 12.40 pm to 5.50pm
Last working day of the month : 12.40 pm to 3.30 pm
Timings during written exams : 12.40 pm to 3 pm

( We request you to assist the school in maintaining the punctuality in the school. Students arriving after 12.40 pm shall be treated as late. It is in the interest of safety of the students that the parents pick up their wards on time. Half day will not be allowed during regular school hours.)

2) School Uniform:
The students should be in clean and ironed uniform, polished shoes, together with belt and I card. Girls are required to tie black ribbons. Keeping in mind the increasing number of students Mass P.T periods are divided in three days. Following are the days when students are required to wear Mass P.T uniform with white canvas shoes:

During monsoons students are required to wear black rainy sandals.

3) School Diary:
All the important notes shall be given in the school diary .Parents are required to look into pupils’ diary and sign against the notes made by the teachers in token of having seen the same.  Parents of bus students who wish to collect their wards from school at the time of departure should intimate the teacher through calendar well in advance.

4) Parents can meet the teachers on the last working day of the month from 11 am to 12 noon by seeking prior appointment through a note in the school diary. They can also meet the teachers during the month but only after confirming a prior appointment from the teacher concerned. They must write a note in the school diary and the teacher shall confirm the appointment for the same. Parents are requested not to go directly to classes during the school hours.

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) 2013-2014 :

Dear Parents,

Congratulations to you for the successful completion of the year 2012-13 and greetings for the new session 2013-14, kindly note the following  :

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) : Orientation meeting for the following will be held in the month of June.

CCE is the new dimension that the CBSE has incorporated to broaden the spectrum of education & to aim at the overall development of the students.

  1. According to CCE an academic year is divided into 2 terms.
  2. The first term will be from April to September and the second term will be from October to March.
  3. Each term will have 2 formative assessments and 1 summative assessment for evaluation.
  4. The implementation of CCE has the inbuilt scope for the students to project their ability. The pattern to be followed for all the subject will be as follows :

TERM I

FA 1   (Formative Assessment I)

  • Duration April 2013 to August 2013
  • Each subject will be assessed on following 3 tasks of 40 marks
    • Class work / Assignments of 10marks
    • Oral / Debate / Group Discussion/ Integrated Project/
       PPT Presentation of 10 marks
    • Class Assessment (Revision Tests) of 20 marks

FA 2   (Formative Assessment II) 

  • Duration for written test will be from 22nd July to 26th  July 2013
  • Each subject will be assessed on following 2 tasks of 40 marks
  • Written Test of  20 marks  
  • Class Activity of 20marks

SA 1   (Summative Assessment I) 

  • Term exam in  September 2013  from 20th Sept to 30th  Sept 2013
  • Written test of  90 marks  
  • Open House day for SA1 will be on 19th Oct  (Sat) from 8am to 11am

TERM II

  • Duration October 2013 to March 2014
  • Procedure same as given in FA 1

FA 4   (Formative Assessment IV)

If a student fails to do       so will be required to repeat the same class during next academic year.
